The conditions governing access to and use of the TxQUBE professional practice workspace.

Document status

These terms will cover account responsibilities, acceptable use, subscriptions, service availability, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability and termination.

This is the initial product-stage framework. It must be reviewed and finalised by qualified legal counsel before production launch.

Consent record

When accepted during signup, TxQUBE records the document type, version, user, source and acceptance timestamp for audit purposes.
