Data Processing Agreement
The data-protection obligations applicable when TxQUBE processes personal data for a subscribing practice.
Document status
The DPA will define controller and processor roles, documented instructions, confidentiality, security measures, subprocessors, assistance, breach notification, deletion, audit rights and cross-border transfers.
This is the initial product-stage framework. It must be reviewed and finalised by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
Consent record
When accepted during signup, TxQUBE records the document type, version, user, source and acceptance timestamp for audit purposes.
